Bask in the warmth of Sun and Serenity, a yoga retreat in the radiant South of France where mindfulness meets Mediterranean ease.
Each day invites you to breathe deeply. Realign with the serenity that blooms in the Lavender Fields under the Provençal sun and sweeps through the coastal towns of Côte d’Azur.
We’ll journey through fields of lavender, taste the richness of local olives and wine, and explore two charming nearby towns that embody art and slow living.
This retreat is an invitation to return to presence. savor beauty, balance, and romanticism in every moment.

Deposits are available on the Sun & Serenity Retreat page. This listing is for the “Pay in Full” option. Each Classic Suite can accommodate up to two (2) guests, with the choice of a king bed or two twins. You also have the option of a Triple Occupancy room. Triple rooms are available, featuring a double bed and a single bed, with the layout varying from one room to another.
The double and triple occupancy price is shared between those booking the room.
Each stay is designed to be a unique experience, and the Hotel West End offers suites with styles ranging from baroque to modern. Every room is thoughtfully decorated, blending contemporary comforts with timeless charm to create an inviting, relaxing atmosphere.
All room types include:

Desk and courtesy tray with complimentary welcome products
Slippers are provided in the wardrobe
Additional amenities:

Single Occupancy: $3,800
Double Occupancy: $5,250 (price split between guests)
Triple Occupancy: $6450 (price split between guests)
Deposit Payment Schedule:
50% due upon booking
25% due 60 days later
25% due 60 days after that (final payment)
The second and third payments will be invoiced via email. Payment via Zelle or Venmo is available upon request.

When the weather allows, Le Siècle expands on a sunny patio towering over the Promenade des Anglais.

The West End Hotel, committed to bee protection, sponsors beehives owned by beekeeper Yvon Torcat, in the Nice hinterland. Its lavender honey can be tasted at the buffet.

As a guest of Hotel West End, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to Plage Blue Beach, one of Nice’s most beautiful private beaches just steps from the hotel.
This includes reserved sun loungers, umbrellas, and dedicated beach service, offering a peaceful, uncrowded stretch of the Mediterranean. It’s the perfect place to unwind, swim, journal, or simply soak in the Côte d’Azur sun.
Please note that private beach access at Plage Blue Beach is available to Hotel West End guests for an additional fee of approximately €30 per person, per day. This is charged at the beach if you choose to go.
Blue Beach Restaurant & Bar
Guests also have the option to enjoy lunch, dinner, drinks, or a casual aperitif at Blue Beach, a stylish seaside restaurant and bar located directly on the sand of Plage Blue Beach. It offers a relaxed Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring fresh seafood, salads, grilled dishes and seasonal specialties, all with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. You can dine right by the water or settle in with a refreshing cocktail between sessions, making it a lovely spot to socialize and savor the Riviera atmosphere.

The morning yoga practice will be a Hatha breath-led practice with some Sun Salutations to welcome the morning and time to pause in the poses. We also use Yin Yoga, which involves longer-held deep stretches. Each practice is suitable for all experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you would like to use.

Late June in Nice is beautiful summer weather. You can expect highs in the mid-eighties and lows in the mid-seventies. It is perfect beach weather to soak in the sun and serenity.

Nice is a safe coastal town, and Hotel West End is a high-end hotel that you will feel very comfortable at. You can expect 24-hour front desk service and a safe in your room.

The Hotel West End offers two 4-star restaurants, The Palmeraie and Le Siecle, and a bar, the Horse Guard.
Breakfast is located at the Palmeraie each morning. Breakfast includes a variety of options, such as classic Parisian pastries, cured meats, and French cheeses, accompanied by jam, eggs, bacon, and all the traditional favorites.
Le Siecle offers Mediterranean cuisine with Art Nouveau style decoration.
Mediterranean cuisine and seafood will be popular in local restaurants, as well as Nice specialties like Nicoise Salad and Socca, a crepe made from chickpeas.
All other meals can be enjoyed alone or with the group.

No. Hotel West End does serve alcoholic drinks, but alcohol is not included in your retreat fee. Drinks are also available at lunch and dinner during excursions but will be charged to you separately. Please drink responsibly.

No, flights and ground transfers are not included. Taxis are reliable and reasonably priced when taken at an official taxi stand outside the airport terminal. If you prefer a scheduled car, I can help arrange one for you.
