Step into La Dolce Vita for an unforgettable escape along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. This retreat is the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and authentic Italian experiences, designed to help you savor every moment.
Each day begins with Yoga and ends with Meditation, creating space to ground and reconnect with yourself. We’ll spend the week exploring the turquoise waters and colorful towns of the Mediterranean Sea, including a day trip to Capri with lunch at a stunning restaurant accessible only by boat, and a day exploring Positano.
To truly immerse ourselves in the flavors and traditions of Italy, we’ll also gather for an authentic Chez Barone cooking class, where we’ll learn, create, and enjoy a delicious meal together.

The Historic Maison Tofani Hotel is located in the heart of Sorrento’s historic center, just steps from Piazza Tasso, and the charming streets of town. This hotel offers many unique room options. Below, you will have a choice between the Double Classic Room, the Triple Suite, the Deluxe Room, and the Loft Rooms. Click on each room type to view photos, details, and amenities before making your selection. All rooms can be booked with a king bed or two twin beds. Only one rooming option, the Junior Suite, can accommodate three guests.

Your Stay at Maison Tofani
Your home for the week will be Maison Tofani, a beautiful historic property located in the heart of Sorrento’s historic center, just steps from Piazza Tasso and the charming streets of town. The hotel combines old-world Sorrento character with comfortable, thoughtfully appointed rooms, making it the perfect home base for our La Dolce Vita retreat.
Maison Tofani offers several unique room options, allowing you to choose the accommodation that best fits your stay. Below, you can explore the Double Classic Room, Junior Suite, Deluxe Room, and Loft Rooms. Click on each room type to view photos, details, and amenities before making your selection.
Most rooms can be arranged with one king bed or two twin beds, making them a wonderful option whether you are traveling with a friend or sharing with a partner. The Junior Suite is the only rooming option available for three guests.

Spend an unforgettable evening in the hills of Sorrento at Chez Barone, where we’ll step into the kitchen for a hands-on experience inspired by traditional Sorrentine and Neapolitan family recipes. We’ll learn to prepare local specialties including homemade pasta, pizza, and a delicious lemon-infused dessert, all while enjoying wine and breathtaking views over the coast. Then, we’ll sit down together to savor the meal we created.
Day Trip to Capri with Lunch
Spend a dreamy day on the Mediterranean with Amalfi Coast Dream, cruising from Sorrento to the breathtaking island of Capri. Take in the iconic Faraglioni, hidden grottos, and crystal-clear waters, with time to swim, snorkel, and soak up the beauty of the coast. We’ll also enjoy a leisurely seaside lunch at a restaurant accessible only by boat, followed by time to explore Capri and take in its unforgettable views.
Day Trip to Positano
Spend a sun-soaked day discovering the magic of Positano, one of the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic seaside villages. Wander through its winding streets and colorful boutiques, take in the breathtaking views from the cliffside, and enjoy time to relax by the sparkling Mediterranean. From its beautiful beach and famous majolica-domed church to its charming cafés and local shops, Positano is the perfect place to slow down.

The morning yoga practice will be a Hatha breath-led practice with some Sun Salutations to welcome the morning and time to pause in the poses. We also use Yin Yoga, which involves longer-held deep stretches. Each practice is suitable for all experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you would like to use.
