This Full Moon Ritual is from my personal practice. The Full Moon illuminates what we must release to allow our manifestations of the New Moon to grow. The Ritual begins with a Moon Salutation Flow with plenty of twists to align with these energies. Then, we will utilize specific journal prompts to discover what thoughts, routines, relationships, and actions are holding us back. To release this energy, we will enjoy a Fire Pit Ceremony and Reiki Meditation with a healing Soundbath. You will leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and more peaceful.
