We will practice a of Yin and Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness Meditation.

No. Please bring your yoga mat and any props you may prefer. Daytime classes will be taught on the beach, nighttime classes will be at the hotel.

Retreat groups are intentionally kept to 15–20 guests, creating a cozy, supportive community atmosphere.

Of course. All guests have the option to join each event on the retreat schedule, but it is not mandatory. This is your vacation!
